3. Product reliability test
3.1 Rocking Test
3.1.1 Test Conditions: When the USB data line is not working, test the stress between the USB data line and the cell phone controller.
3.1.2 Test method:200 grams of force (wire OD > 3 mm) was applied along +-/30 direction, 1000 cycles per direction/30 cycles per minute.

3.2 High and Low Temperature Test

3.3 Salt spray test
3.3.1 After 8 hours in the salt fog environment of + 35 C and 5% NaCI, the salt deposits on the surface are washed with flowing water and put in (55 C) for 0.5 hours.The environment temperature is restored for 2 hours. 3.4 Plugging force test

4. Appearance requirement
4.1 The product has uniform color, no bottom penetration, peeling, discoloration and inconsistent color of each component.

5. Transport and storage
The packaging for products should be designed according the demand specifications,in order to prevent severe vibration, shock and extrusion, sunshine, rain and corrosive air environment during transportation.
Product storage environment should be - 20 ~65 C, relative humidity not more than 75% of the clean, dry, ventilated indoor, avoid contact with corrosive substances, should be away from fire and heat sources.
